SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999.
- Standard and express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
- International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.
DELIVERY ISSUES
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
- Haute & Chic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION
