  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination, typically 7-15 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999.
  • Standard and express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
  • Haute & Chic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make changes.
